Automated Packaging Lines
Our automated packaging systems accurately dispense the exact amount needed to fill the containers and a sensitive scale double-checks the fill weight. When necessary, desiccants, cotton and scoops are inserted before the product is sealed through an induction heat process.
Either pressure-sensitive wrap-around or shrink-wrap sleeve labels can be applied. A lot number and expiry date are added to the packaging as a quality control measure.
As the automated system quickly and efficiently produces your product, our technicians keep a watchful eye and provide periodic quality checks on every aspect of your packaging. Finished products are screened for metal and checked to ensure uniformity.
Finished products can be shrink-wrapped together or placed into cartons, boxes or pallets.
Manual Packaging Services
When automated packaging is not an option we offer manual packaging. Our experienced packaging team is meticulous with their work, and fully trained in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
