Working in key leadership roles within the Pharma, Food and Cosmetics industries, I have had the pleasure of partnering with a wide variety of customers from smaller niche companies right through to the multi-national food, drug and pharma brands. Whether as a direct manufacturer or working through third party manufacturing partners, each step of my journey has built on my natural curiosity as to how to work best with all stakeholders to grow their business to the next level.

The last twelve years I took a bit of a side trip and leveraged my manufacturing and sales leadership into building some of the best recruitment teams in the province. I’ve been instrumental in helping my network build their teams of tomorrow and aligning the business needs with the talent that fits with their company goals. This has kept me connected with the changes in the manufacturing and retail sector and I decided that now is the time to come home to the industry that I love.  ⥣
